Receiving your product quickly, is important to us! That is why we are excited to offer several Quick Delivery promotions. How does the one week delivery time work?

Our 1 Week Delivery guarantee is calculated based upon a 10:00am PST order cut-off. All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for calculation purposes. For example, an order placed on a Monday at 10:30am would be guaranteed to arrive the following Tuesday. An order placed at 9:30am on a Monday would be guaranteed to arrive the following Monday. If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, the 1 Week Delivery guarantee starts the following Monday (to arrive the following Monday). Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.

Exemptions:

• Orders under $200 receive a $10 credit if we do not meet the delivery deadline.
• If an item is found to be Back-Ordered or Out-of-Stock at time of purchase, it is NOT eligible for our delivery guarantee.
• Orders shipped via Truck are not eligible for delivery guarantee.
• We cannot be responsible for delays due to extreme weather conditions or delays with UPS/FedEx. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to invalid delivery addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered, the order will be held until a physical address can be obtained.
• Due to holiday schedules of parcel companies and warehouse closures, we cannot guarantee delivery times from Wednesday, December 21st through Monday, January 2nd. Orders will still be processed, shipped, and you will be notified as quickly as possible. You may still receive your order within the specified delivery time frame.
• Orders placed after 10:00am PST on a business day are considered placed the following business day (see calculations above). Holidays are not counted as a business day.
• Quick Delivery credits are issued on a per order basis, not per item. Only 1 Quick Delivery credit can be issued per order.
• Offer applies to new orders only. Replacement orders are not eligible for the Quick Delivery credit.
• Only standard products qualify for our Quick Delivery guarantee. Custom products or made-to-order products are NOT eligible for a Quick Delivery credit.
• Our Quick Delivery guarantee is not offered on orders shipping to Alaska, or Hawaii.
